Accounts
Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen if you cannot sign in. Verify your email to access protected project and trade features. Never send us your password, recovery codes or payment card details.
Business ownership
Create a trade account to submit a claim. Include information that demonstrates authority to represent the business. We may need additional evidence before approval.
Membership
Manage membership from the claimed business profile. When available, the billing portal provides subscription controls. A successful return from checkout alone does not unlock access: billing confirmation is required.
Incorrect or closed business
Use the listing report form to request review, correction or removal. Explain the issue without including identity documents, bank details or another person’s private contact information. Reports are visible to authorised administrators, not published on profiles.
